  Brought a friend there last evening and was greatly disappointed. Food service was very, very slow. It took over an hour and a half to receive our food. Then after we got home the food poisoning hit... ugh. The waitress admitted that the kitchen was overwhelmed, but honestly a Saturday night will be busy and it should be handled better. Not a chance we will go back again.

  This place is awesome. The food is so fresh and the portions are huge! They have a very nice patio with a beautiful view of the lake that you can't get anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Every time we go to the boathouse we have a pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning soon!

  I'm not impressed with the boat house at all. Every time we are there our food was awful. My daughter ordered fettuccine alfredo and the Sadie was clumpy old and sour. I ordered the hot hamburger sandwich and my bread was stale and hard.
  Wing night the wings aren't too bad but anyone can make wings and they are quite small. Won't be going back.

  Saturday June3/17 we arrived at the Boathouse to enjoy one of their marguretias, to be told the machine was down.... the look of disappointment after a leisurely 2hr drive showed!! Quickly the girls and owner made us up the best drinks and we enjoyed the best hospitality drinks and wings! Thx for making an ordinary day awesome... Wayne and Jane

  So pleased!! My husband and I ate here and it was amazing. Our food was so fresh and tasty. He had the perch dinner which was light and crispy and the fries were delicious. I had the boathouse club with a greek salad and it was just great. The sandwich had real meat, not deli. And the salad was so crispy and fresh. We shared a bread pudding which was huge and the best bread pudding I've had. The staff was all wonderful and very quick. Service was great, food was great, and prices were great! Thanks Boathouse!! We will be back.
